    卡莎莉酒莊的釀酒淵源使於1900年起，經過了整整一個世紀一代又一代的經驗承傳，以及對於該地區風土調件、氣候與葡萄生長與栽培的熟悉與聊解，這樣得背景優勢讓卡莎莉產出的酒始終都是質量皆優的保證！尤其該酒莊出產的各款Lambrusco氣泡酒，無論是整體的色澤、香味以至於酒體，都因為酒莊精益求精得釀法而有著令人驚艷的詮釋；葡萄酒大師Hugh Johnson也將Casali酒莊列為Lambrusco得最佳釀酒廠!

    A history that goes back more than a century, from 1900 until today following one guiding principale of inspiration: “a fine wine is conceived on the vine and grows in the cellar”. Right at the very beginning of the last century, founder Giuseppe Casali decided that the wine he was producing, destined for family consumption, could be transformed into a commercial product, and so he inaugurated a professional wine-making business aimed at quality both “on the vine”and “ in the cellar” , while at the same time introducing new technology to enhance natural process.
