An exceptional terroir of alluvial gravel in a place called "le caillou" (the stone), Chateau Mamin appeared on eighteenth century maps as the property of the Knight Mamin.It is located in Arbanats, at the heart of the Graves wine-growing region.Vincent Lataste purchased and restructured the property in 1991 with a view to establishing a single, uniform parcel of land dedicated 80% to Merlot, which ripens perfectly in this warm soil.The complex nose possesses subtle woody notes mingled with notes of stewed fruit.
