酒質/Tasting Notes:  選自科爾加瓜山谷(Colchagua Valley)的葡萄園,是智利最負盛名的葡萄栽植地之一,特別適合釀造紅酒,坐落在山簏丘陵以及受到沿岸微風影響的山谷區,為紅葡萄品種提供有利的氣候條件。本酒款在不鏽鋼桶中進行發酵,在置入法國與美國橡木桶中陳釀,具有3~5年的陳年潛力。結合櫻桃果香及黑色水果,且隱含巧克力和煙草香氣,並與淡淡的香草味達到完美平衡的香味,酒體濃郁,加上柔順的單寧以及綿長的尾韻,是一款層次豐富又高雅,具陳年潛力的葡萄酒。

This wine originates from our vineyards in the Colchagua Valley, one of Chile’s most reputable viticultural regions, particulary suitable for red wines, situated 200 kilometres south of the capital, Santiago. The exact location is in the areas of Los Lingues and Miraflores, both of which are found at the foot of the Andes Mountains and boast the oldest vines in the area.  The Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright ruby colour. On the nose aromas of guindas and black fruits combine with hints of chocolate and tobacco. In addition sweet notes of vanilla and cinnamon can be detected. On the palate this wine is fullbodied with a perfect balance between fruit and oak, and boasts soft tannins and a long finish. It’s a complex and elegant wine with ageing potential.

    歐哲威酒廠 Ochagavia

    智利歐哲威酒廠位於智利馬庫的聖地牙哥,於1851年由當時的礦業及農業實業家唐夕維斯特歐哲威依查瑞建立,他參訪於歐洲並且就專攻於釀酒專科,結束學業後,他回到智力並且將法國波爾多釀酒新風格帶入智利,主要的紅葡萄品種為卡本內蘇維濃、梅洛、馬爾貝克、黑皮諾等等,白葡萄則有夏多內、白蘇維儂、瑟美戎以及麗絲琳等等。 因此酒廠智力於改變智利的釀酒利史,創辦人也因此成為”智利現代釀酒之父”。 今日歐哲威葡萄園位於智利最有名的山谷,受惠於溫度的變化並使得葡萄得以成熟,保有高濃度香氣以及風味。歐哲威酒莊永有中央山谷以及科查瓜山谷中數個葡萄園,在中央山谷的碼依坡谷地及拉佩爾河谷中,他們分別種植超過80年卡本內蘇維濃荖藤及梅洛、在阿空加瓜的卡薩布蘭家谷地則種植夏多內以釀造最高等級系列葡萄酒。

    Ochagavia Wines (Spanish: Viña Ochagavía) is a Chilean winery, located in Macul, Santiago. The winery was founded in 1851 by Don Silvestre Ochagavía Echazarreta, an industrialist of the mining and agriculture. He visited to Europe and studied the latest winemaking. After his study, he went back to Chile, bringing the new style to Chilean wine by the grapes from Bordeaux, France. The black grapes were Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Pinot noir etc. and the white grapes were Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Sémillon, Riesling etc. Thus the winery contributed to change Chilean wine history, and the founder is referred to as the father of modern Chilean winemaking.Today, Viña Ochagavía vineyards are located in the most reowned Chilean valleys. They benefit from a temperate climate ensuring an even ripening of the grapes, which ensures a high concentration of aromas and flavours.
    Ochagavia Wines owns several vineyards in the region Central Valley and Aconcagua. In Central Valley's Maipo Valley, they cultivate Cabernet Sauvignon for their highest ranking Gran Reserva and in Central Valley's Rapel Valley, Merlot for Gran Reserva. In Aconcagua's Casablanca Valley, Chardonnay for Gran Reserva. They use over 80-year-old trees for Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon.
