葡萄以手工採摘,裝在小木箱中,並由專人進行挑選,接著在溫控不鏽鋼槽中進行壓榨、攪動,並浸漬 4週。有著瑪歌區著名優雅、精緻與純淨的酒質,由桑椹、紅醋栗、李子的水果香氣打開五感,尾韻帶有烤麵包的風味。熟成3-4年後達到最佳適飲期,並有很棒的窖藏潛力。

    法布荷酒莊 DOMAINES FABRE
     
    在法布荷莊園的土地上,我們依然可以發現到古羅馬村落的遺跡。一些陶土碎片和古錢都可以追溯到凱薩大帝的時期,這代表古羅馬人曾在本地釀造葡萄酒。
    就在目前城堡的所在位置上,一座中古世紀的堡壘就矗立於此,當時的酒窖與地牢現在依然完整保留。這裏也發現了一具古戰士的巨大骨骸和長劍,這是維京達卡人來到梅多區河口掠奪村莊時所留下的。
    十七世紀時,曾有貴族在此釀造葡萄酒(在地理學家MASSE所繪的地圖中標示出了一處重要的葡萄園)。但是在十九世紀中,這座城堡慘遭祝融摧毀。今日文藝復興式的新城堡是在原址上重建的,完成於1903年。在二十世紀初,這莊園在一場畢亞里茲的賭盤中輸掉了所有權,之後在拍賣會中售出。
    當旅居摩洛哥的法布荷家族返回法國,購置此莊園時,本地已經不再生產葡萄酒了。Gabreil FABRE從零開始恢復所有生產,在1967年4月開始在黏土、石灰土與礫石土栽植了33公頃的葡萄。1991年他過世後,由他的子孫們繼續經營莊園。

    In FABRE estate, we can still find the remains of the Ancient Roman village. Some clay fragments and ancient coins can be traced back to the period of Julius Caesar, which represents the ancient Romans had locally brewed wine.
    At the current location of the castle, a medieval fortress stands on this, and then the cellar dungeon are still intact. Here also found a huge ancient warrior skeletons and sword, which is when the Vikings came to Dhaka Meadow area estuary plunder villages left.
    The seventeenth century, there were aristocratic in this winemaking (marked geographers MASSE painted map out a major vineyard). But in the nineteenth century, the castle was destroyed by fire. Today, the new Renaissance castle was rebuilt at the site, was completed in 1903. In the early twentieth century, this manor was lot its ownership in a Biliarz bet roulette, then been sold at auctions.
    The FABRE family who had lived in Morocco then returned to France and purchased this manor, when there’s no longer local wine production. Gabreil FABRE then restored all production and began in April 1967 in clay, calcareous soil and gravel soil planted 33 hectares of grapes.  After his death in 1991, his offspring continue to operate this manor.
