迷人的深紫羅蘭色,經大型橡木桶熟成24個月,再轉瓶中熟10個月後上市。散發複雜的黑松露、李子、覆盆子、森林、甘草、辛香料等香氣。單寧柔和、口感細緻、結構優美。
 
In&Out is a project born for the Asian market which gave birth to a unique and winning wine. Its label shows an exclusive design in the packaging of international wines, which stands out for originality in the workmanship and the semantics used. The copper-colored carp that jumps out of the water is a game between full and empty, a symbol of positivity, vibrancy and good fortune. Aging takes place in barriques for 24 months and then for 10 months in bottle.

Dark garnet red color with violet hues. Scent of berries, pomegranate, violet, black truffle, with spicy notes of pepper. Soft and velvety taste, great elegance and persistence.

The nose satisfyingly walks the line between sweet and spicy, as aromas of vanilla, milk chocolate and Luxardo cherry mingle with notes of cedar, cardamom and smoky mesquite. On the palate, an earthiness grounds intense flavors of superfresh cherries, sun-dried tomatoes, peppadews and pepper, and balance a grippy, tannic heat. — Danielle Callegari

    菲力山酒莊 COLLEFRISIO 

    酒莊地處Frisia小鎮的山丘上,於2004年由其家族第三代的兩位釀酒師Amedeo De Luca與Antonio Patricelli共同創立。葡萄園總面積35公頃,土壤多為黏土、石灰岩,主要栽種與釀造義大利原生葡萄。酒標上的古銅色鯉魚以及另一個鯉魚輪廓,代表了東西方文化交匯融合的意念。

    菲力山酒莊位於中義東側的阿布魯佐Abruzzo產區的Frisia山丘上,現由家族第三代釀酒師Amedeo De Luca和Antonio Patricelli主導這個家族精品莊園。酒莊所在的位置氣溫變化每年有固定規律,8月中旬到葡萄成熟期,氣候與日照都對葡萄的成熟非常有利。尤其是山風、多石塊的土質和常出現的溫度變化都會影響Montepulciano果實成熟度,日夜溫差的劇烈變化讓這裡的葡萄較為晚熟,但香味物質的發展則會更加優秀;9、10月較冷涼的夜晚,讓葡萄保有絕佳的酸度。酒莊的葡萄園面積共35公頃,土壤成分主要是黏土和石灰岩,最主要生產重點就是蒙塔布奇諾紅酒Montepulciano d’Abruzzo,是該產區的典範之一;顏色深濃,散發著濃郁的黑色漿果的芬芳,口感經過適當熟化變得更加柔順,更增添複雜香氣如丁香和松露等風味。


    A Wine Estate among hilly vineyards
    Collefrisio Winery is nestled in the hilly vineyards of our Wine Estate, in Piane di Maggio of Frisa, a Municipality in the province of Chieti. The name Piane di Maggio recalls the promise of returning springs and generous fruits grown with love and respect for the land.
    The main building, including offices, basement and production site, was built in 2005. An area of over 2000 square meters with low landscape impact, merged into the soft countryside covered with olive groves and geometrically ordered rows. A photovoltaic system provides renewable energy for the Farm.

    A place of familiarity and inspiration
    On the outside, the linearity of the building is highlighted by a sequence of large smooth white walls and bricks. Inside, warm and welcoming wood materials and recycled bricks from an old dismissed industrial site.

    The production plant and the cellar are in the basement, where the transformation, refinement, bottling and packaging of the wine take place. The main floor is modern and polished, with plenty of open spaces and natural light with offices and tasting rooms. Real landscape paintings feature into daily working life from large windows, creating a continuum with the garden terrace, a place of socialization and inspiration.
