Cava是西班牙著名的氣泡酒，主要產自加泰隆尼亞的佩內德斯地區，以傳統法釀製，和香檳的釀造工藝相似。Cava名稱來自西班牙語中的「酒窖」之意，因為釀造Cava的過程需要在酒窖內瓶中二次發酵，以賦予其細膩而持久的氣泡。因為其出色的品質與性價比，Cava已成為全球深受喜愛的氣泡酒，並有西班牙產地保護 (D.O.) 認證。

呈現稻草黃色，帶有淡淡的綠色調，外觀明亮，氣泡細膩持久。香氣濃郁，伴隨著成熟水果和柑橘的氣息，這些特徵源於瓶中長時間的熟成。入口後充滿活力，並帶有令人愉悅的平衡與優雅。瓶陳14個月。
 
Grapes are harvested from 50 year old vines at the foot of east-facing sloped hills so as to optimize sunlight exposure for better grape maturation. Fresh and crisp on the palate, this cava is pale straw yellow in color with fine, persistent bubbles. Notes of quince, yellow apple, lime and almond. This cava is simply delicious with great value.

    Jan Vidal’s vineyards are located in the center of the Baix Penedès, a few meters above sea level with a calcareous soil, with an appropriate climate, and rainfall for the cultivation of the vineyards.  Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada are the most adapted grape varieties in this region, which give rise to very aromatic, fruity wines with a balanced and persistent taste.
