酒質/Tasting Notes：傳統釀酒工藝，第二次發酵在瓶中與酵母一起陳放最少9個月，後將酵母與酒渣去除後便再度蓋上軟木塞。汽泡非常細緻，成熟水果、柑橘以及烤吐司麵包。口感清爽，酸度均衡。
Fresh and elegant wine made with grapes from the three main varieties, Macabeo, Xarel.lo y Parellada. Its fine bubble is worthy of the finest cavas. Delicious and well balanced on the palate.

格蘭都凱酒莊 GRAN DUCAY
格蘭都凱酒莊 (Gran Ducay) 是世界三大公路自由車賽-環西自由車賽（Vuelta a España）唯一指定酒款。 Vuelta a España是西班牙人的驕傲，使用的酒款自然也必須代表西班牙的釀酒工藝。
酒莊於1984年創立，專注於釀造頂級Cava汽泡酒。酒莊成立的目地僅是為了與Cariñena (卡里涅納)產區的當地釀酒師分享，不對外販售，儘管從未對外宣傳，格蘭都凱酒莊 (Gran Ducay) 的名聲依然傳到西班牙各地以及海外。雖然開始出口，但仍保持少量生產，以確保品質。
西班牙雜誌-REVISTA VS評選出全西班牙最頂級八款CAVA汽泡酒，「格蘭杜凱經典卡瓦汽泡酒(Gran Ducay “Brut Nature“)」與Kripta、 Jaume Codorníu等知名酒莊同列其中。
Founded in 1944 by 60 winegrowers from Cariñena region who mainly made wine bulk, Bodegas Gran Ducay was founded in 1984, specialized in the cava production that used to be made by craftsmen for the private consumption of the winery 700 associates.
Gran Ducay is an aragonese cava of fine bubble that is highly regarded by the wine sector, obtaining a qualification of excellent. Currently the cava Gran Ducay production keeps its traditional essence,
so a strict production control is needed, with the aim of guaranteeing its highest quality.
Gran Ducay keeps its artisanal essence and limited production, reminding the time when this cava was made for the 700 winery associates exclusive consumption. Made with grapes coming from Monte Ducay, one of the most characteristic terroirs in Cariñena, it is a highly expressive cava of fine bubble, an essential choice for all kind of celebrations.
Cava Gran Ducay has been qualified as excellent by several international competitions. Its artisanal making process requires a strict production control with the aim of guaranteeing its highest quality.
