酒質/Tasting Notes：淡雅的鵝黃綠色澤，有著青蘋果與檸檬的香氣，微微氣泡的清爽口感，新鮮且平衡的酸度令人耳目一新，充滿活力。  Made from this region traditional varieties (Trajadura, Loureiro, Arinto and Acesso), it is a fresh, fruty, light and mineral wine. It can be drank on its own or ideal to side with fishm seafood and salads.

葡萄牙文的Vinho=Wine, Verde=Green, 故Vinho Verde在葡萄牙文即為“綠酒”的意思，清新爽口且酸度頗高，而此白葡萄酒常略帶一點點綠色的反光，所以稱之為綠酒。保留著葡萄原有的高度酸度以及較低酒精濃度的一種葡萄酒，有時尾韻在收的時候還會略帶一點點甜味。

    19 世紀 Casa Santos Lima 桑托斯利馬莊園為葡萄牙出產葡萄酒之最大的生產商與出口商，由 Joaquim Santos Lima 開創代代相傳的家族事業，約 1996 年開始創立自有葡萄酒品牌，葡萄園地分別分布於 Quinta da Boavista, Quinta de Bons-Ventos, Quinta das Setencostas, Quinta da Espiga, Quinta do Espirito Santo, Quinta do Figo, Quinta do Vale Perdidoand Quinta das Amoras，佔地面積約 290 公頃。

    隨後引進先進的技術及裝瓶生產線，致力於種植原生種的葡萄牙品種，隨後漸漸擴展種植國際葡萄品種，例如 : Cabernet Sauvignon、Syrah 等。只選用品質優良的葡萄來生產葡萄酒，濃郁的果香味及良好的酸度平衡為其特色。用傳統的方式及現代技術釀酒，手工以及機器挑選葡萄，其後浸漬發酵裝瓶在分別來自葡萄牙、法國、美國的橡木桶中儲存。釀造出好品質的葡萄酒是酒莊所秉持的精神。

    Casa Santos Lima 桑托斯利馬莊園從開始發展至今，是國際葡萄酒競賽當中獲獎最多的葡萄牙生產商之一。目前除了出口歐洲之外，也逐漸的拓展至亞洲各地。

    Casa Santos Lima is situated in Alenquer, approximately 45 kms north of Lisbon, in a very traditional wine region and where the typical Portuguese rural landscape appears in all its glory. Casa Santos Lima has been a family owned company for several generations and was founded by Joaquim Santos Lima, who in the turn of the XIXth century, was a great producer and exporter. Other cultures like apples, pears and prunes are also produced, though the vineyard is definitely the most important. The winery has benefited over the years, of numerous improvements and the introduction of recent technologies. A modern bottling line was also installed. With the aim of producing and bottling quality wine, the company developed a multi-brand strategy, producing brands with excellent quality/price ratio, frequently considered as “Best Buys”.

    Casa Santos Lima also presents a strategy of great flexibility and attention to the specific needs of our clients, either through a quick response to their requirements or by anticipating market trends. The first brands were launched in 1996 – Quinta da Espiga, Quinta das Setencostas and Palha-Canas, and immediately achieved great success in the national and international markets, and also numerous awards and positive reviews in the specialized press. Since then, other brands have been launched like the Quinta de Bons-Ventos, Eximius, Quinta das Amoras, Quinta do Vale Perdido, Bagatela, Terra da Malta, Magafa, Portuga, Quinta do Figo, Quinta do Espírito-Santo, Amoras Reserva, Palha-Canas Reserva, and Touriz. Under the Casa Santos Lima brand, is produced one of the largest single varietal collections.
