阿爾方斯(Alphonse)：是一位在地葡萄酒種植者、浪漫主義詩人，熱愛旅行但鍾情於自己的故鄉 – 馬貢(Mâconnais)。這系列葡萄酒像是探索勃根地山脈和葡萄園感官體驗的通行證。
葡萄去梗後置入大桶加溫浸皮12-18小時(依所需顏色潛力)。之後將桶冷卻以進行酒精發酵。清澈明亮的鮮紅並帶有紫色調，濃郁的紅色及黑色漿果、黑醋栗、覆盆子及黑莓的果香，口感強而有力、圓潤細緻，尾韻表現不俗。是款清新、易飲，由100%古老的葡萄品種Gamay Noir釀製而成的勃根地紅酒。

神秘土地酒莊座落於馬貢產區的中心位置，這裡的一切喚起人雨自然間最密切的關係；強烈意識到環境和風土保護的重要性。酒莊榮獲《葡萄酒農可持續發展》證書，這昭示著我們從葡萄藤到酒瓶的基本承諾。我們也是位於Grand Site Solutre Pouilly Vergisson區域(最富盛名及最熱門的法國國家遺產)周邊唯一的一家合作酒莊。
Terres Secrètes is one of France’s more celebrated cooperative wineries, founded in the 1950s and supported by dozens of talented growers in the greater Mâconnais. We first came across this exceptional group when sampling a bottle of Crémant de Bourgogne that we could have sworn was a fine Blanc de Noirs from the Montagne de Reims—the quality coming from this Prissé-based winery is exceptional, in both sparkling and still wines. Sourcing older-vine fruit from the Mâconnais’ top terroirs, including Vergisson, Saint-Véran and Viré-Clessé, Terres Secrètes selections are indeed southern Burgundy’s best-kept secret.
