精選葡萄並精確分類後，將葡萄皮經壓榨去除後在小型的法國橡木桶中發酵，每三週手工攪拌酒汁及酒渣，持續12個月，由釀酒師Paul Clifton調配出最能代表聖盧西亞高地香氣及質感的夏多內。馥郁、多層次的口感，絲質般的柔順，帶有水蜜桃、油桃，熟成及香草氣息。
