卡本內蘇維濃葡萄來自加州洛代三角洲和沿海縣的頂級葡萄園，採用永續種植的方式。葡萄藤之間種植花卉、燕麥和大麥等覆蓋作物，自然肥沃土壤，促進果實成熟。覆蓋作物還可以吸引有益昆蟲到該地區，保護葡萄藤免受捕食者的侵害。

在不銹鋼罐中發酵後，在美國和法國橡木桶中陳釀，並放入法國橡木片，以圓潤和融合其豐富的黑櫻桃和醋栗風味。

成熟黑莓和多汁覆盆子的誘人香氣。綠橄欖、乾香草和香草的香氣與濃郁的黑櫻桃風味相得益彰。酒體飽滿，尾韻柔滑圓潤。

Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from premier California vineyards in Lodi and coastal counties that use sustainable growing practices. Cover crops like flowers, oats, & barley are grown between the grape vines to naturally enrich the soil, boosting ripeness within the fruit. The cover crops also lure beneficial insects to the area, protecting the vines from predators.

After fermentation in stainless tanks, the wine was aged in American and French oak, with infused with French oak staves, to round out and soften its rich, black cherry and currant flavors.

Dark, enticing aromas of ripe blackberries and juicy raspberries. Notes of green olive, dried herbs and vanilla complement robust black cherry flavors. This wine is full-bodied with a smooth, rounded finish.
