梅洛葡萄來自加州洛代三角洲和沿海縣的頂級葡萄園，採用永續種植的方式。葡萄藤之間種植花卉、燕麥和大麥等覆蓋作物，自然肥沃土壤，促進果實成熟。覆蓋作物還可以吸引有益昆蟲到該地區，保護葡萄藤免受捕食者的侵害。

在美國和法國橡木桶中陳釀，以增加質感和圓潤度。黑李子香氣帶來多汁的紅櫻桃風味，伴隨著草本香料、茶和香草的香氣。酒體中等，尾韻悠長。

Merlot was sourced from premier California vineyards in Lodi-Delta and coastal counties that use sustainable growing practices. Cover crops like flowers, oats, and barley are grown between the grape vines to naturally enrich the soil, boosting ripeness within the fruit. The cover crops also lure beneficial insects to the area, protecting the vines from predators.

The wine was aged in American and French oak uprights to add texture and roundness. 70% infused with French oak staves.

Aromas of luscious black plum lead to juicy red cherry flavors complemented by notes of herbal spice, tea and vanilla. Medium-bodied with a lingering finish.
