Trinity Oaks Chardonnay was sourced from premier California vineyards in Lodi-Delta and coastal counties that use sustainable growing practices. Cover crops like flowers, oats, & barley are grown between the grape vines to naturally enrich the soil, boosting ripeness within the fruit. The cover crops also lure beneficial insects to the area, protecting the vines from predators. The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation to enhance aromas and mouthfeel and is then aged in a combination of French and American oak, with 78% fermented on French and American oak staves.

Fresh citrus aromas lead to juicy pineapple flavors with delicate hints of sweet oak. Elegant and complex, this Chardonnay has a silky-smooth finish.
